Science Partnerships

At Elektryka Morska, we believe that the development of a modern maritime and offshore economy is impossible without close collaboration with science and education. For years, we have been engaged in joint activities with universities and vocational schools, sharing practical knowledge, design experience, and technical resources.
Our goal is to support the education of future specialists and to have a real impact on the development of educational programs that meet the needs of industry.

Our Contribution

Participation in Advisory Boards and Committees

We actively participate in the work of faculty and advisory boards of technical faculties, supporting universities in adapting their curricula to the real needs of the labor market, including:

  • Consultative Council of the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Maritime University of Szczecin
  • Consultative Council of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Maritime University of Szczecin
  • Industrial and Program Council of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Western Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin

We are involved in projects and competitions organized by universities and academic communities, both as a partner, sponsor, and jury member.

  • participants in international educational initiatives.

Internships and First Professional Experiences

We offer student internships that allow you to gain experience in real-world projects implemented for the maritime and offshore sectors.

We also accept students under the Erasmus+ program, supporting the international exchange of experiences and the development of skills in an international project environment.
