We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Production worker (f/m/x)
Main tasks:
- Installation of electrical equipment and wiring,
- Construction of electrical switchboards,
- Reading diagrams and technical drawings,
- Equipment connections.
Expected candidate profile:
- Electrical qualification and/or work experience in the above-mentioned profession,
- Basic computer skills,
- Ability to work in a team;
- A category B driving license, SEP certification up to 1 kV, and communicative English skills are preferred.

Technologist – Junior designer of electrical installations (f/m/x)
The offer is addressed to university graduates or students in their final year of study.
Main tasks:
- Preparing electrical designs;
- Preparing bills of materials;
- Designing new automation and electrical systems;
- Providing technical support to project managers;
- Maintaining workflow documentation.
Expected candidate profile:
- Higher education (engineer), with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields,
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written,
- Ability to work in a team;
- Driving license category B
- For foreigners, intermediate-level knowledge of spoken and written Polish is required.

Electrician (f/m/x)
Main tasks:
- Wiring installation, assembly of electrical devices,
- Construction of switchboards,
- Making connections on ships,
- Commissioning assistance.
Expected candidate profile:
- Specific education (electrician, electrical fitter);
- Experience in the maritime industry;
- Ability to read diagrams and technical drawings;
- Ability to use power tools and assembly tools;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Availability, conscientiousness, punctuality, good manners;
- Driving license category B
- Basic computer skills,
- SEP entitlements up to 1KV are welcome,
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level is welcome,
- For foreigners, communicative Polish language skills are required.

Ship and industrial automation service technician (f/m/x)
Main tasks:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in ship and industrial automation,
- Service/commissioning of electrical power systems and industrial automation,
- Technical support for contractors.
Expected candidate profile:
- Technical education in electrical engineering or a related field,
- Knowledge of Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profinet, and Profibus communication protocols,
- Basic knowledge of shipboard power systems,
- Ability to analyze automation and power systems (diagnosis and repair of faults),
- Knowledge of spoken and written English at B1/B2 level,
- Ability to work in a team;
- Driving license category B
- At least 2 years of experience servicing electrical systems.
- Knowledge of PLC controllers (e.g., Siemens, WAGO, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley, B&R) is preferred.
- A seaman’s book is preferred.
