SEEMATZ Wind Screen Wiper
„Straight Line“
The SEEMATZ wiper housing consists of seawater resistant aluminium Almg3 – white painted. All the other metal parts are made of inox or brass. The guide plate for the wiper arm is constructed of the same aluminium, black painted. At this plate four rolls will be mounted made of special seawater and temperature resistante plastic. The wiper guide is drived via a stainless steel chain, worm drive and two in series connected DC-motors. Both motors are fitted with stainless steel sprocket wheels and are housed in the wiper assembly behind the guide rail.
The wiper arm consists of stainless steel. The wiper blade consists of seawater resistant aluminium. A endswitch and also a thermostatically heating (100W) and the necessary tubes for the spray wash facility, are standard fittings also a red LED at the Wiper Case. This LED indicate when the power to the motors is disconnected. In this case you must check the transport mechanism in the wiper case.
